Laser Engraved Patch:
The base leatherette is laser engraved to burn away the material to reveal the color below which is typically black, but is available in red, gold, and silver with select colors. Artwork/logo submitted should be black and white with no shading or gradients.
Full Color UV Printed Patch:
The base leatherette material is first printed on with a Full Color CMYK + White UV Flexible Ink Printer. It is then moved over to the laser cutter to cut the patch to the desired shape. Artwork/logo submitted should be a high quality 300DPI+ digital file.
